The visa application centre in Philippines accepts UK visa applications from customers in the Philippines and Palau.

  • Who are VFS?

    VFS Global is a commercial company, working in partnership with UK Border Agency at the British Embassy here in the Philippines providing services to help your apply for a visa to enter the UK.

  • Information services

    You will find information on this website, supplied by UK Border Agency, about how to apply for a visa to come to the UK, if you need one. From this website you can also use the VFS free email service to obtain the same information, or use VFS telephone information service (call charges apply). VFS also manages the visa application centre for the UK Border Agency here in the Philippines where you should submit your completed visa application form, supporting documents and your biometric information. Details about the visa application centre, email and telephone services can be found in the 'Contact Us' page of this website

  • Independent advice

    VFS Global and its staff cannot give you advice on how to complete your application, or what type of visa you should apply for. If you need help with your application or advice about the UK's immigration rules and requirements, you should seek advice from a qualified immigration adviser. In the UK immigration advisers regulated by the Office of the Immigration Services Commissioner (OISC - www.oisc.gov.uk).

    You can also obtain advice from legally qualified professionals regulated by designated professional bodies. A list of legally qualified professionals who can advise on immigration matters can be downloaded from the following websites:

  • Who decides if I get a visa?

    Your visa application will be processed and decided by UK Border Agency staff. The documents you submit at the visa application centre will be sent by commercial courier to the UK Border Agency at the British Embassy in Manila, where your visa application will be processed and a decision taken.

    VFS staff do not play any part in the outcome of your visa application. If any member of VFS staff claims to be able to influence your visa application, you should inform the UK Border Agency at once.
