Priority visa service |
From
1 May 2012 the UK Border Agency in the Philippines is introducing a priority visa service.
The priority visa service is available to customers who pay an additional fee of PHP
4,200 to have their visa application placed at the front of the queue. Under normal circumstances, a priority service visa application will be processed within 2-3 working days.

Prime time appointment service – This service is presently offered in Manila only |
From 12 May 2012, we will also introduce a prime time appointment service for the convenience of customers. This will allow applicants who pay an additional fee to make an appointment to submit their visa application and provide biometric information at the visa application centre in Manila on a:

Saturday Morning from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM |

Tuesday Afternoon from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM |

Thursday Afternoon from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM |
If you are unable to attend an appointment at the visa application centre during the regular opening hours of Monday to Friday 08:00 - 14:00, from May 12 2012, you can schedule a prime time appointment on a Saturday for an additional charge of PHP
2,100.
To access these appointments please select the prime time option when scheduling an appointment online and pay the PHP
2,100 in cash when you attend the visa application centre.
All visa customers who have documents ready for collection will also be able to collect their processed applications on these days at no charge.

Premium lounge service fee: PHP
2,000 inclusive of 12% VAT for each visa applicant.
VIP appointment slots are available between 7:00 and 14:00, Monday to Friday. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your desired appointment date.
Important Note: Your visa application will be processed and decided by the UK Border Agency in Manila. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the UK Border Agency and VFS have no influence over that process. Using the VIP premium lounge service does not guarantee the approval of your visa application or effect the time taken for processing.

Call our dedicated VIP premium lounge service phone number: (632) 501-3217. Our operating hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. Local phone charges apply. You will be asked for your passport number, name as it appears on your passport, your email ID, the visa category you are applying for and to select a date and time for your appointment. |
Once you have Scheduled your VIP premium lounge service appointment you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment. Please print the VIP premium lounge service appointment confirmation and bring it with you on the date of your appointment.

Please submit
original documents with one photocopy of each document. Your original documents will be returned after the final decision has been made by the UK Border Agency.
If you are unable to provide photocopies and a passport photo you can obtain these while we process your VIP premium lounge service visa application on the day of your appointment.

Courier service |
Applicants can avail of the courier return delivery of processed passports. The courier fee is PHP
330.00 for each application.

Photocopying service |
A photocopying service is available for applicants at a cost of PHP
5.00 for each page (short or long bond size).

Photograph service |
Applicants can have their photograph taken for PHP
150 for 4 photos. The photographs meet the UK Border Agency photograph specifications.
