1. A completed visa application form: Employment Form (VAF2 OCT 2007). To complete the application form please go to the following link http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk
2. Your current passport with recommended validity of at least 6 months and any old passports
3. One recent colored and unframed passport size photograph taken with a light background. Approximate size should be 45mm x 35 mm. For photo specifications please go to the following link http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/photo.aspx
4. Visa fee in pesos. Payable across the Bank counter or Manager’s Check (only from BPI, Banco de Oro, Metrobank & Standard Chartered bank) made payable to the British Embassy Manila. 5. Be transferred to the UK by an overseas-owned airline which operates services to and from the UK to take up duty at an international airport as a station manager security manager or technical manager; and
6. Intend to work full-time for the airline concerned; and
7. Do not intend to take employment except within the terms stated above; and
8. Can maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants without recourse to public funds.
