    If you still have a visa enquiry after reading the information on this website you can contact the VFS visa enquiry service in English or Tagalog by email or telephone.

    Email: info.ukph@vfshelpline.com. The email enquiry service is free of charge and all enquiries will be answered within 5 working days

    The toll call charge for using this service is PHP 32.00 for each minute for landline calls (excluding VAT and applicable NDD charges for calls made outside Metro Manila). Additional rates may apply for calls made through prepaid phone cards or mobile phones using PLDT / Smart Subscribers / Bayantel only.
