  • VFS - feedback and complaints

    VFS aim to offer a fair and professional service to all its customers and welcomes feedback that will help improve the services they provide. VFS will investigate all complaints fully and will send you a reply within 10 working days.

    You can provide feedback or make your complaint in the following ways:-

    By email: feedback.ukph@vfshelpline.com. Please mark your email to the attention of the duty manager

    In person: Please speak to the VFS manager at the visa application centre

    In writing: Please send your letter to:-

  • UK Border Agency - feedback and complaints

    You may also provide feedback or make a complaint directly to the UK Border Agency about the service you have received from VFS or the UK Border Agency. The UK Border Agency aims to respond to all complaints within 20 working days.

    By email: ManilaVisaFeedback@fco.gov.uk. Please mark your email to the attention of the visa officer.

    In writing: Please send your letter to:-

  • UK Border Agency online customer survey

    The UK Border Agency is continually trying to make improvements to the service we provide to our customers.
