VFS aims to ensure its facilities are accessible to and usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. Phil-AXA building provides accessibility at the sidewalks, entrance, corridors, elevators, restrooms, and within our application centre.

Should you or a family member require a wheelchair or special walker when submitting your application, we have these available for your use at no extra charge. Simply make the request to our security or call our helpline, and we will gladly make these available for your convenience.
