1. A completed application form: Employment Form (VAF2 OCT 2007). To complete the application form please go to the following link http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk.
2. Your current passport with recommended validity of at least 6 months and any old passports.
3. One recent coloured and unframed passport sized photos taken with a light background approximately 45mm X 35mm in size and glued not stapled onto the designated space for the picture in the application form. 4. Visa fee in pesos. Payable across the Bank counter or Manager’s Check (only from BPI, Banco de Oro, Metrobank & Standard Chartered bank), made payable to the British Embassy Manila. 5. Be able to produce to the Immigration Officer at a UK port of entry a UK visa issued for this capacity; and
6. Intend to work full-time for the government or organization concerned; and
7. Do not intend to take employment except within the terms stated above; and
8. Can maintain and accommodate yourself and any dependants without recourse to public funds.
