Premium lounge service fee: PHP 1,800.00 inclusive of 12% VAT for each visa applicant.
VIP appointment slots are available between 8:30 and 15:00, Monday to Friday. Please schedule your appointment at least 24 hours prior to your desired appointment date.
Important Note: Your visa application will be processed and decided by the UK Border Agency in Manila. The decision to issue or refuse a visa is made solely by the UK Border Agency and VFS have no influence over that process. Using the VIP premium lounge service does not guarantee the approval of your visa application.
Booking procedure:
Schedule your VIP appointment using one of the following options:
Email vip@vfshelpline.com and request for an appointment indicating your name as it appears on your passport, your passport number, the visa category you are applying for and the desired appointment time.
Call our dedicated VIP premium lounge service phone number: (632) 501-3217.Our operating hours are from 08:00 to 17:00. Local phone charges apply. You will be asked for your passport number, name as it appears on your passport, the visa category you are applying for and to select a date and time for your appointment.
Once you have Scheduled your VIP premium lounge service appointment you will receive an email confirming the date and time of your appointment. Please print the VIP premium lounge service appointment confirmation and bring it with you on the date of your appointment.
On your appointment date please ensure you bring the following mandatory documents:
The VIP premium lounge service fee of PHP 1800 per applicant in cash or a manager's cheque payable to VFS Services Philippines Private Inc.
A signed visa application form which you have filled in correctly together with the signed declaration.
Your passport or travel document with recommended validity of at least 6 months.
A signed visa application. Please see the Checklist page on this website for more information.
Supporting documents relevant to your visa application.
The visa fee payment bank receipt or manager's cheque.
A recent passport-sized (45mm x 35mm) colour photograph of yourself.
Please submit original documents with one photocopy of each document. Your original documents will be returned after the final decision has been made by the UK Border Agency.
If you are unable to provide photocopies and a passport photo you can obtain these while we process your VIP premium lounge service visa application on the day of your appointment.
Courier service
Our preferred courier is Aboitiz 2GO. The courier fee is PHP330.00 for each application.
Photocopying service
A photocopying service is available for applicants at a cost of PHP3.00 for each page (short or long bond size).
Photograph service
Applicants can have their photograph taken for PHP 80.00 for each photo. The photographs meet the UK Border Agency photograph specifications.
