1. A completed visa application form: Student Form (VAF3 OCT 2007). To complete the application form please go to the following link http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk
2. Your current passport with recommended validity of at least 6 months and any old passports.
3. One recent coloured and unframed passport size photograph taken with a light background. Approximate size should be 45mm x 35mm. For photo specifications please go to the following link http://www.vfs-uk-ph.com/photo.aspx
4. Visa fee in pesos. Payable across the Bank counter or Manager’s Check (only from BPI, Banco de Oro, Metrobank & Standard Chartered bank), made payable to the British Embassy Manila. 5. Letter from the NMC confirming that you are required to undertake a period of adaptation before you are permitted to work as a nurse in the UK.
6. Written confirmation from a recognized nursing educational establishment in the UK that you have been accepted on an adaptation course leading to registration as a nurse with the NMC.
7. Written confirmation from your UK employers of your salary or bursary whilst under adaptation and details of any accommodation arranged.
8. Transcript of Records or Diploma and any other relevant qualifications employment certificates from current and previous employers and your original PRC Card or Registration/Board Certificate.
