4.Visa Applicants can now take advantage of an SMS Service to find out the
status of their application. Applicants opting for Status Tracking through SMS
shall receive a SMS once the application process is complete and their passport
is ready for collection at the UK Visa Application Centre. This service can be
made available for a small extra fee of 28 Pesos per application. Ask for this
service when you submit your application at one of our service desks. This is
an optional service which is subject to certain terms and conditions. You are
advised to read the terms and conditions before opting for this service (SMS
Disclaimer).

A "Print out" from
The Register of Education and Training Providers, confirming that the
UKeducational Institution is currently on the register.
9.New requirement for Seafarer Visa
Category- Letter of guarantee from your agent indicating the following:
a. The port you intend to join your ship and the ship’s next port of call
(specify the name of the port and not the country only).
b. Previous movement of the vessel for the last 3 months and intended voyage of
the vessel for the next three months after joining UKport).
* ALL vessels other than Cargo/Tankers are required to include this in the
Guarantee letter.

11. Due to Security Restrictions and to avoid delay when submitting an
application, No bags are allowed inside the Visa Application Centre.
Only applications and supporting documents will be allowed inside the VAC
12.Processing Time
The British Embassy, Manila targets to process non-settlement applications in
at least 30 working days & 3 months for settlement applications.
13. Bank Charges – Please be reminded of the Bank charges when you pay the Visa
Application Fees for the following payment options .

For CASH over the counter – Php 120.00

For ATM BancNet – Php 50.00

For Online BancNet – FREE of charge
This will be on top of the Visa Application Fees e.g. 5850 + 120 = 5970. Php
5970 will be the total payment.
