  • Visa application fees

    The visa application fee is payable for each applicant, including children, for the visa categories listed below.

    Validity of Visa Application Fee Payment:

    With the exception of managers cheques, visa application fee payment receipts from any of our 3 member banks nationwide (SCB, BPI, or BDO) will be valid for 10 working days from the date of receipt. Please submit your visa application within 10 working days of your visa fee payment, otherwise your payment may be forfeited and non-refundable.

    Please note: Online credit card payments are not accepted.

    Please make sure that bank charges have been paid together with your visa application fee to avoid unnecessary delays. Bank charges, where applicable, are payable for each transaction. You should submit your application on the next working day from the date of payment. Applicants who make bank payments after 13:00 should make their application after two working days. A manager's cheque with the incorrect visa fee amount will not be accepted.

    Dependants are charged the same fee as the main applicant. All dependants who are travelling must pay the fee whether or not they are included in the main applicant's passport. The visa application fee reflects the administrative costs of processing an application and is not refundable if your application is refused. If a payment has been made and the application is not submitted or if the applicant refuses to provide biometric details with their application, we will refund the fee.

    These fees are effective for all visa applications made from 18 February 2010.

    The consular rate of exchange is 75 PHP = 1 GBP. Please note the visa fees are subject to change.
