Where can I pay my visa fee?
To reduce your waiting time at the Application Centre, we recommend that you
prepay your visa fees at any branch of Standard Chartered Bank, Bank of
Philippine Islands, Banco De Oro and Metro Bank. This would enable you to make
an appointment online at this
website

How can I pay for my visa fee?
Applicants may choose to pay their visa fees in any of the following manners:
1. Cash Over the Counter
• The bank will accept fees only in cash
• Please carry a photo copy of the passport data page to the bank
• You can schedule an appointment one day after the date of deposit of fees at
the bank
• You can also visit the Application Centre without an appointment on the next
working day. However, waiting times may be longer for applicants who have not
made an appointment.
• There will be a bank surcharge of PHP120 for every visa fee payment made
by cash over the counter.
• The bank's fee receipt will be valid for 45 days from date of issue. PLEASE
SUBMIT YOUR APPLICATION WITHIN 45 DAYS OF YOUR VISA FEE PAYMENT OTHERWISE YOUR
PAYMENT WILL BE FORFEITED AND NON-REFUNDABLE.
Please note that cash payments will only be accepted at branches of Standard
Chartered Bank, Bank of Philippine Islands, Banco De Oro and Metro Bank. Cash
payments will NOT be accepted at the Visa Application Centre. For multiple
applications (e.g. for families) separate cash payments are required for each
application.
2. Manager’s Cheque
Manager's Cheques (MC) can be accepted at the Application Centre.
For multiple applications separate MCs are required. For
example if there is a family of Father + Mother + 02 Children - there will be
04 SEPARATE transactions and 04 SEPARATE Manager's Cheques, one for each member
of the family. The Manager's Cheque should be made
in the favour of "The British Embassy Manila " and be drawn from Standard
Chartered Bank, Bank of Philippine Islands, Banco De Oro or Metrobank. Applicants
should be aware that the bank where the MC is drawn will charge a transaction
fee .
3. BancNet ATM – UK Visa Payment Process
You may also pay the visa fee through participating BancNet ATM:
a. PBCom
b. RCBC/RCBC Savings
c. PhilTrust Bank
d. Standard Chartered Bank
e. Banco Filipino
• There will be a bank surcharge of PHP
50 for every visa fee payment made thru Bancnet ATM.
• Kindly keep the ATM transaction print out to serve as proof of visa payment
and present the receipt upon submission of your application at the Visa
Application Centre.
• You can schedule an appointment one day after the date of your ATM BancNet
visa payment.
Please refer to the guidelines below when using the BancNet ATM – UK Visa
payment option:

Step 2: On a Bancnet ATM screen, after inputting the ATM PIN, Payer must select
“Bills Payment “.
Step 3: On the next screen select “Other ”
Step 4: On the next screen select “More ”
Step 5: On the next screen select “British Embassy ”
Step 6: Payer must indicate the following information:
In the Subscriber number key in the prefix of three ones “111”
followed by the passport numbers only.
Example: If your passport number is PP87654321
You will need to indicate in the Subscriber Number: 111 87654321
Enter the correct amount of visa payment.
Confirm the payment by Selecting the OK
Step 7: ATM transaction print out will serve as your proof of visa payment.
4. Online Payments – UK Visa Payment Process
Please refer to the guidelines below when using the BancNet Online – UK Visa
payment option:
This visa payment option is FREE of any bank charges.
How soon after paying my visa fee online can I submit my application at the
visa application centre:
a. If you paid from 12 MN to 2:30 p.m.: Submission can be made the day
after payment
b. If you paid from 2:30 p.m. to 12 MN: Submission can be made 2 days after
payment is made
Step 1: Go to BancNet – Online website: http://www.bancnetonline.com
Step 2: Select your bank to perform the payment for British UK visa. On the left
side of the screen shot, select a Bancnet -member bank (e.g. Standard Chartered
Bank), to transact online.
Step 3. A separate window will open and you will be redirected to a secure
session (HTTPS). Please read or go through the Terms and conditions. Click on
the button “I Agree” as seen on screen to continue.
Step. 4. Balance inquiry window will appear. From the left side of the screen,
click on the “Payment” to proceed with the online payment.
Step 5. You will then be redirected to Payment window. Select a
Biller/Institution from the drop down.
Step 6. Select British Embassy
Step 7. Input Passport no. (exclude the alpha characters, numbers only e.g
11124567890)
Step 8. Enter ATM Card number
Step 9. Input ATM PIN by using the key pad on screen.
Step 10. Key in the amount to be paid.
Step 11. Click Submit button to proceed with payment.
Step 12. A confirmation message will appear to acknowledge your payment. You can
take note of the Trace Number for references or print a copy of the message.
