Applicants intending to go to the UK to work are advised to check before you travel whether a work permit is required. The following requirements for work permit holders:

1. A completed visa application form: Employment Form (VAF2 OCT 2007). To complete the application form please go to the following link http://www.visa4uk.fco.gov.uk
2. Your current passport with recommended validity of at least 6 months and any old passports.
3. One recent coloured and unframed passport sized photos taken with a light background approximately 45mm X 35mm in size and glued not stapled onto the designated space for the picture in the application form. 4. Visa fee in pesos. Payable across the Bank counter or Manager’s Check (only from BPI, Banco de Oro, Metrobank & Standard Chartered bank), made payable to the British Embassy Manila. 5. Original and photocopy of Work Permit.
6. Contract of employment from your UK employer and a corresponding employment offer
7. Transcript of Records / Diploma
8. Employment Certificates from previous employment (outlining job responsibilities) and
9. Other qualifications
